Email from Manager 6/15/2023
Good Afternoon Swift Creek,
The reclaimed water is fully functional at this time with no anticipated long-term shutoffs planned. The City is working on a publication to remind the reclaimed water users that the water is not limitless and request that timers are checked/evaluated for proper settings. That will be emailed out to everyone as soon as it’s received.
Even numbered homes should be watering on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
Odd numbered homes should be watering on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you do not attempt to water on Wednesdays. That is their weekly pump maintenance days and attempts to pull water from the system may result in debris in the lines and/or low pressure. We will send notifications from the Association if we have additional information.
If you have questions or concerns about the reclaimed water or other Association related items, please contact me directly. Social Media is not a reliable information source (most of the time).
Thank You,
Elise Whittenburg
